Shopify and Enhanced Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site so that Shopify can provide its ecommerce platform, checkout, security, analytics, personalization, and related services.

Shopify Network Intelligence

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store. Shopify may securely use information from interactions with our store together with other Shopify data to improve Shopify services, personalization, fraud prevention, analytics, and advertising. Other merchants cannot access our store’s customer data.

Depending on where you live, some of this processing may be considered “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising under applicable law.

You can learn more in Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and manage certain Shopify privacy choices through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

Printful Fulfillment

Printful is our primary fulfillment provider for Printful-made products. When necessary to manufacture, fulfill, and deliver an order, we may provide Printful with information such as your name, email address, telephone number if provided, shipping address, order details, and product information.

Printful processes this information on our behalf to provide fulfillment services. You can learn more in Printful’s Privacy Policy.

Other Disclosures of Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • a purchaser, successor, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction, subject to applicable law.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers, including Shopify, use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services, understand customer interactions, personalize experiences, and support analytics and advertising where applicable. In regions where consent is required, Shopify’s cookie banner allows visitors to accept, decline, or manage non-essential cookies before those technologies are used. The cookie banner is not currently displayed during checkout.

The cookies used by Shopify may change as Shopify updates its platform. Additional information is available in Shopify’s Cookie Policy.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking required cookies may prevent portions of the Site, cart, checkout, or customer-account features from working correctly.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of activities that applicable privacy laws define as the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. You can exercise eligible privacy choices through our Your Privacy Choices page. Where required, Shopify also processes supported Global Privacy Control signals as opt-out requests.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, administer orders and customer-service requests, comply with legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the services involved, and applicable law.

International Processing

Shopify, Printful, and other service providers may process personal information in countries outside your state or country of residence, including the United States, Canada, and other locations where they or their service providers operate.

Those providers are responsible for protecting information in accordance with their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
